Paul O. Hiette, M.D.
Dr. Hiette received his M.D. degree in 1981 from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.  After completing internship and radiology residency training at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow’s Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Hiette spent a year in Fellowship in body imaging and interventional radiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.  From 1986 to 1997, he was Chief of Interventional Radiology at St. Joseph’s and Barrows Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.  Since 1997, he has been a member of Northern Arizona Radiology specializing in body imaging and radiology. Jennifer J. Kottra, M.D.
Dr. Kottra graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1993.  She interned in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston (1993-94) before completing her residency in Radiology at University of Michigan Medical Center in 1998.  Dr. Kottra was certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1998, and then went on to complete a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at Duke University Medical Center (1998-99).  Dr. Kottra practiced in Durham, NC until she moved to Flagstaff and joined Northern Arizona Radiology in 2000.

Dr. Kottra is a general radiologist with particular interests in musculoskeletal radiology (particularly musculoskeletal MRI), CT, PET/CT, and breast imaging.

Michael J. LaBenz M.D..
Dr. LaBenz is a native of Wyoming and graduated from the Creighton University School of Medicine in 1995.  He completed his residency also at Creighton University in 2000.  He has been in active practice with Northern Arizona Radiology since that time.  Dr. LaBenz is certified by the American Board of Radiology.  He is currently chairman of the Department of Radiology at Flagstaff Medical Center.
